An Actyve partnership is built in stages, and starts with an audit. Every file goes before our management committee.

  1. 1

    The AI audit

The entry point. A few targeted questions to check whether your company fits our criteria. The audit is free, and the answer is straightforward.

  2. 2

    The introductory meeting

A mutual introduction. Actyve walks through its setup and its model; your company presents its business, its market, its numbers and its goals. That's the basis on which the file is built.

    The committee's decision

Actyve's management committee decides on every file, based on the audit and the introductory meeting. The answer is clear-cut, one way or the other.

    The launch

The system goes live: campaigns start running, the AI qualifies the first requests, and appointments land straight in your teams' calendars. Tracking starts right away: results show up in the dashboard, and the setup is continuously optimized based on what they reveal.

The model

Our revenue depends on yours.

Actyve is paid on the sales closed at its partners. The rest of the model follows from that principle.

Aligned with your resultsour interests move together
Not an agencya partner, not a supplier
Paid on commissionon business actually brought in

An aligned model: you only pay for what actually works.

Who it's for

Who the partnership is for.

Three things matter, and those are what the audit checks. Everything else, sector included, is looked at case by case.

A team that sells

The owner who sells directly, a sales team, or a network: someone has to show up for the appointments the system generates. The AI prepares, your teams close.

Sales that carry a commission

A commission-based model assumes sales whose unit value justifies it, and a steady volume of activity. That's exactly what the audit checks, honestly, before any commitment.

Acquisition as the challenge

Companies whose growth depends on a steady flow of inbound requests, in sectors where advertising can generate that demand. Among our partners:AutomotiveReal estateEnergyInsuranceConstructionRenovationTelecom

FAQ

The partnership, in questions

The model, what you're committing to, and what belongs to you.

We are paid a commission: it is triggered by business you actually sign, not by the time we spend on it. That is what forces us to take on only the cases we believe we can serve. The advertising budget remains yours and is billed to you directly by the platforms, with no mark-up from us. Terms are discussed in person, once your potential has been worked out with you.

The partnership is set out in an agreement, with a compliance note attached: record of processing activities, named processors, framed transfers. The leads generated are yours. They stay available in your interface and you can export them at any time, in the format of your choice, including the day you decide to stop.

Your leads are kept separate: they never serve another partner, nor us. As technical administrators of the platform, we have operational access to them. Our databases are hosted in the European Union; part of our processing and our AI model providers are based in the United States, framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The detail, provider by provider, is in our privacy policy.

Building an acquisition team in-house means hiring, training, tooling up, then learning while paying for it: every company repeats the same mistakes at its own expense. An agency, for its part, is paid to deliver campaigns, whether they sell or not. We are neither: we arrive with a system already built and already running elsewhere, and what we earn depends on business signed. Our model only holds if your sales follow.
